Welcome to American Quilting in Orem, Utah. We are so excited to be part of the Wasatch Front Shop Hop for the second year.

We opened for business in a little location on State Street in Orem in 2003. In 2007 we moved to our new digs at 484 W. 800 North, Orem, conveniently located off the 800 North exit (#272) of I-15.

We carry a lot of reproduction fabrics - both Civil War and Depression/Aunt Gracie as well as recent designer collection by Moda, Michael Miller, Freespirit and Henry Glass. We also specialize in wool applique patterns and kits. We are excited to see everyone this week at the Shop Hop starting Wednesday morning!

Broadbent's Quilt Shop

In 1882 Sarah & Joseph Broadbent opened a small shop
attached to their Lehi home....

Broadbent and Son General Store was born!

Over the years additions
were added to the building
and merchandise multiplied
until...
Broadbent and Son

became the main mercantile
in the area.

Through the years a variety of products and services
have been offered so in keeping with their tradition of
meeting the needs of their valued customers,
Broadbent's Quilt Shop
(an extension of the original fabric shop),
was born.

We are still an "All in The Family" store,
celebrating 128 years in the original location....
128 North 100 East
Lehi, Utah

Still proudly run By "Family"

While shopping at Broadbent's can be considered a truly unique experience,
you will find yourself right at home & surrounded by the latest...
and greatest that the quilting world has to offer.

Corn Wagon Quilt Co.

Located in Springville, Utah, at the edge of the Wasatch Mountain range and 50 miles south of Salt Lake City, Corn Wagon Quilt Co. was established in 1999. Jud and Marsha Harward are the owners and they designed and built the 3-story shop to inspire quilters -- from start to finish. In 2005 we expanded and now occupy 4,000 sq. ft. of building space to bring you the latest in quilting and stitchery ideas and products. Our goal is to provide you with expert, friendly advice whether it is in fabric selection, piecing, quilting or any stitchery questions you may have. We are always happy to support and encourage you in your creativity. We were featured in Quilt Sampler magazine as one of the top ten quilt stores in the country.

Did you know that we offer custom long arm quilting by Ramona Sorensen. Her quilting has been featured in several magazines. RJR fabrics and Robyn Pandolph sends their samples to Ramona to work her quilting magic. It is truly amazing what she can do with a Gammill.

We are really excited about this year’s Shop Hop. Be sure and stop by and join us for our Corn Wagon Family Reunion! Like one of our employees has said repeatedly, “I feel like all the people I work with are my sisters.” We do have a great Corn Wagon family and that includes all our great customers. This is one family reunion you will not want to miss! We know rich Aunt Flo from Florida will be here and her twin daughters Myrna and Verna will be tagging along. Larry the Cable Guy will not be able to attend, but his common law wife says “I would not miss this for the world!” Aunt Fran from Jersey will be here with all of her tall tales. Watch out for Aunt Tilly (she loves to give hugs and kisses). We are expecting other relatives, but they are SO dysfunctional we won’t mention them. We are hoping Jud doesn’t show up because he is supposed to be cutting hay and growing corn.
